APPLICATION PROCESS

We are glad you have chosen to apply for one of our vacant units. The good news is our online application process is quick and easy. You have the option of applying online or bringing the application into our office in person. All applications are processed in the order of receipt and the review process takes approximately 2 business days. A representative from Properties West will either contact you by mail, e-mail or telephone regarding whether your application was approved. You will then be given instructions on the next step to secure your new home.


Please make sure your application is filled out completely by all applicants over the age of 18 and you have specified which property you have seen the inside of and are applying for.


Remember, prior to signing your lease you will need to deliver to our office the following items:

 

  • A current and valid picture I.D.

 

  • A valid social security number

 

  • Your last two paycheck stubs or last year’s income tax filing
